After a visit to their Mullumbimby big top tent, we immersed ourselves in Spaghetti Circus’s strategic plan, interviewed key stakeholders and conducted a thorough analysis of their current funding sources and identified areas for growth. Armed with these insights, we formulated a comprehensive partnership strategy for Spaghetti Circus, then translated that strategy into a series of pitch decks to present to potential partners to secure more funding.

With these powerful new engagement tools, Spaghetti Circus is now setting about expanding its partnerships, finding more funding and advancing its mission of addressing youth depression and anxiety, one cartwheel (and strategic partnership) at a time.
