After coming on board as mentors, we stepped SuperFeast through the advanced marketing and sale-led storytelling initiatives they needed to propel their brand even further. We dug deep into the business to understand their pain points and business opportunities, then embedded ourselves in the SuperFeast brand and started an in-depth analysis of their marketing and sales processes. Once we were done, we delivered a powerful, succinct brand narrative that their sales and marketing teams could use to engage new clients.

SuperFeast is on a mission to dramatically reduce disease and degeneration across Australia, using medicinal mushrooms and tonics. Founded in a garage in 2011 by a confessed “health nerd”, the family-owned company has rapidly expanded to become the country’s leading supplier of tonic herbs and mushrooms. But while they were always well across the medicinal side of the business, in 2023 they realised they needed some experienced hands to take them to the next level. Enter Fireside.
