We immersed ourselves in all things Living Lab, conducting a three-hour storytelling workshop to grasp their goals and challenges, helping us identify the key audiences they needed to engage. We also conducted a deep dive into their communications, pinpointing gaps and opportunities in how they were attempting to reach these groups.

With these insights, we crafted a dynamic narrative and messaging strategy to help Living Lab clearly communicate its mission to five of its most important audiences, honing key messages to encourage buy-in and developing a central narrative to unify their efforts.

With these new tools, Living Lab Northern Rivers is now equipped with an 18-month action plan to rally support from government bodies, industry experts, local residents, international scholars, and beyond. Our work has empowered them to tell their story more effectively, igniting a real movement towards sustainable and resilient communities.
